OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

Melissa Fisher is the Area Coordinator for Operation Christmas Child in Spruce Grove and Stony Plain. She is gathering a team around her to encourage and resource churches and groups in the area to pack shoesboxes. There is a room on our team for year-round volunteers to help with this mission.

Melissa Fisher is also the team’s Drop-off Coordinator. CFC serves as a Drop-off Center in Spruce Grove (along with a couple of other locations). She is in charge of collecting boxes during Collection Week (the 3rd week of November every year) and ensures those boxes and their paperwork get to the Central Drop-off location in Edmonton. Melissa needs volunteers every fall to help with collecting, cartoning and trucking the shoeboxes.
